How do I order?

What's the process?

After you approve the prototype, we will provide a final price for materials and labor along with an estimated time of completion. Once you submit a 50% deposit, we begin building your piece. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers our preparation, materials, and time in the event you choose not to move forward after we have fulfilled our part of the agreement.

The price we give you is the price you will be charged, unless you request changes after we begin building (such as different dimensions, hardware, finish, materials, or design adjustments). Any requested changes will be discussed and agreed upon, and a new contract will be written and signed before we proceed.

Once the final construction is complete and you approve the finished piece, the remaining 50% balance will be due.
